Shipping Policy – DIMA Skincare

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

In case of high order volumes, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at contact@dima-skincare.com.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local (Benin) 2 – 5 business days Calculated at checkout
International 7 – 14 business days Calculated at checkout

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, destination, and carrier availability.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

DIMA Skincare is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order.
All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Damages

DIMA Skincare is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team immediately to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If the package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@dima-skincare.com with your order number, and we will assist you promptly.
