Return & Refund Policy – DIMA SKIN CARE

1. Overview

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as personal care products that have been opened or used.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Health and personal care items that have been opened or used


3. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Then contact your bank — there is often a processing delay.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@masqeo.com.


6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


7. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@dima-skincare.com and send your item to the address we provide.


8. Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us first at contact@dima-skincare.com to receive the correct return address and authorization.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
