Shipping & Delivery Times
When you place an order through our store, your order is processed and shipped within 24–48 hours by our team.
Please note that the shipping time refers to the time required for your items to leave our suppliers' warehouses and be handed over to the carrier. This is different from the delivery time, which may take approximately 7 to 14 business days.
If you are located outside Europe, please allow a few additional days for your order to arrive.
Although 95% of our packages are delivered within 10 days, delivery may take up to 3 to 5 weeks in exceptional circumstances, including force majeure events, temporary stock shortages due to the popularity of certain products, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Important Information
When you place an order containing several different products, multiple suppliers may be involved.
In addition, to help you avoid high shipping costs caused by excessive package weight, different items from the same order may be shipped separately.
Therefore, it is completely normal for you to receive your items individually and at different times.
